I am thankful to come across your message. It was very informative. I dont mediate. As a matter of fact, I never did. but after this experience, I have strong inclination followed by little irregular yet affirmative 10-15 mins of meditation. I once saw bful purple clor patterns. I would want you to advice me ; if spiritually we raise our subconscious mind to talk to GOD? How do we differentiate what our mind says and what God is saying?
