I have a similar situation but the courts are involved. My daughter gave up her rights to my grandchildren. they were ripped from my care over a year ago after I raised them literally from the day they were born, they came home to me. my granddaughter is in colorado and with another daughter of mine who is adopting her, once she has adopted her she could send her back to me without any further crap from the state. I am trying to convince her of this. my grandson is still in the system and i am trying to get the courts t let me bring hom home and raise him as I did before. I am a practicing eclectic solitary witch but so far, I have to be soing something wrong! Can you help me? I have done everything I was supposed to but there are many lies and deceit in the records as well and this is what is stopping the whole process of my little one coming home. for now my grand daughter is safe, my precious little red haired imp who was born on his great grandfather’s birthday needs to be home with family. thanks
