hey sorry to bother you but i am like totally oblivious to pretty much everything witch and i was just wondering if there was any significances to equilateral triangles? the reason i ask is because i have a birth mark in the shape of one and a set of 3 moles on my face well the side of my face and they as well make an equilateral triangle. i am not really into this kinda stuff but my friend noticd it and she was kinda trippin out over it and so i looked for a website with some ansewers.

Dear readers, I was just notified of this incident with one of my “helpers”.

As you may be aware, there is no way humanly possible for me (one person) to answer the over 150 emails I get from students around the other day, AND handle all questions submitted here.

Thus, I’ve had to enlist the help of several experienced Witches to help with some of the workload.

One of my helpers made me aware that the person who originally answered this question answered it incorrectly and out of embarrassment took one of the corrections and put it in the body of the answer.

Obviously this is wrong. The writer is no longer working for me as I can’t have this type of activity going on.

I’ve just given credit to the original poster in the body… and I’d ask you all what you’d like me to do. Delete the post entirely, or leave it up here as it now has good information thanks to Firewillow… or what?

In the future Ash (my computer whiz) will be assigning new blog users to each of the writers so everyone knows where the answers are coming from.

Please do let me know what would satisfy everyone in this case.

I think it’s really unfortunate that you did not give credit to, or post the comment from, the person who gave you the following information: “There are three degree systems in Traditional Wicca (I speak of Gardnerian, since this is the original tradition). The symbol of the first degree is an inverted equilateral triangle. The second, as Robert mentioned, is the inverted pentagram. The third is an upright pentagram with an equilateral triangle superimposed over the top point, which represents Spirit.” You have an enormous influence over those who are spiritually seeking, and to blatantly plagiarize the works of another practitioner is to do harm, IMO. It will come back to you threefold…

how do u find covens i mean people who are sronger than a bunch of kids mesing aruond with curses and jinxes because i want to lern more than that and its no fun because of the tree fold if u do it u get hurt and if u dont u feel dead i mean befor it came into my life i could have set a house on fire and not notest (im sort of a poet and i do dark ones some terned out to be curses good thing i didnt belive in magick back then) but now i feel it when i use magick i feel like im being dround and having a stake driven thruogh my lungs and yet i can still live its horrible can u help.

I would like to find a conven around here how can I do that. I have been learning and seeking information on my own through the internet but would like to learn more of the wiccan ways by other wiccans,
