A darker path in Wicca

Well i wanted to follow a darker path in wicca and i was thinking is it possible to permanently lose your powers?

Merry Meet! Wicca is an enlightened path that allows each person to grow at her/his own pace. However, Wicca teaches us to always respect the energies of the Universe. This means that we do not think negatively unless we want to invite or attract negative responses from others. If you are following a darker path, which I assume to be one that could harm others, then you are certainly not following Wicca. Most practitioners of Wicca are gentle souls who know the three fold law and abide by it. If you didn’t know, the three fold law states that whatever you put forth into the Universe will be multiplied three times and it comes back to you. In my life, also I used to wonder why sad or negative things were happening to me. As I changed my sad feelings into happy ones by helping others and thinking more about myself and my happiness alone, my life changed, I became happier, and positive experiences came into my life. The more joy I gave without thought of returns, the more happiness I received. When we grow a plant, take care of a pet, raise a child or love another person unconditionally, we start the positive ball rolling. We start to focus on what we can achieve by not succumbing to negativity and making ourselves miserable as a result. So make a promise to yourself that you will not lose your powers or happiness by putting forth negativity. You will brighten the world around you by pushing forth bundles of joy and happy thoughts to everyone you meet from today. For those who learn the simple rule that we get what we give, life is very simple. No grudges, no anger, no jealousy when someone else is happy. Be happy with your enemy and you invite happiness into your life forever.
