How can I increase blessings for me & those I love?

Using one orange candle for each person that you want to send blessings to, write their names on a scrap of paper and place under the candle. Light the candles on your altar. Focus on the elements of your life that bring you stress, and visualize them fading away and leaving only peace and happiness in your heart. Repeat the words below several times while sprinkling the herbs around the candles. Say out loud all the things that make you happy, no matter how small or silly. Repeat the words below again. Let the candles burn out on their own, and leave the herbs on your altar for 1 week. Remember that you can only send general blessings, casting spells on or for people–no matter how good the intentions are– is simply not done without the expressed permission of the person involved.
