My husband owns his own business. Unfortunately with the economy business has slow down and people who own the company are are giving him hard time about sending more money. Christmas is almost here. How can we change our luck and financial concerns.

Sadly, the economic times are rough on everyone. I am sorry to hear about your husband’s business. But there are many things you can do to hel;p him through this crisis and still have a great Christmas. First, we’ll start with the spell. However, I want you to understand that you need to take all the steps, not just this one. Using a small white or green candle, cast a circle. Take a small piece of paper and wrie a very specific money need on the paper. Then, take star anise and the paper and burn them in the flame of the candle. Once the burning is done, wrap the ash and more star anise (to draw luck) in a green cloth (to draw money) and carry them in your pocket or purse. Thank the Goddess for her blessing and dissolove the circle. That was the easy part. Now, the harder part. Look at your home and determine ways that you can save money. Maybe you can skip eating out or ordering dinner in. Cook at home to save money. Turn the thermostat down jsut a degree or two to save on your heating bill. Conserve electricity. These little things may not seem like much for actual savings, but they tell the Goddess that you are willing to do your part. It also reassures your husband that this is a partnership and you will work together to get through it. Finally, check the newspaper for holiday actitivities that you can do for free. Go caroling with friends or take cookies to the homeless shelter. Especially with children, the holidays don’t have to be about the biggest and best gift. Teach them the spirit of giving and they will remember it forever.
