I want to levitate something like a feather (for instance). I concentrate very hard but I still can’t do it! I believe that I can but it s just not working! What steps to I need to take to develop this ability? Jessica

Telekinesis takes strict discipline, as you know. You’ll need to practice about twenty minutes a day, every day, without fail, and sometimes it takes months, even years to develop.
I recommend starting with a candle flame or dice. If you can get the dice to move–not even roll–you’re on the path! Don’t get discouraged. Do this somewhere that you won’t get disturbed, and unplug the phone. Light a white candle and practice moving the flame with your mind. Make it longer, shorter, flicker, and stand still. Use your palm to guide the flame.
i would like to know how to levitate too, i did the same thing that jessica did but its not working at all

i’ve been practicing levitating things since i was nine and i got really good at it but i stopped when i was ten due to some life isssues…(im 14 now)today i was trying to make this little piece of plastic move(like the kind of plastic that attatches price tags to clothes) just to see if i could still levitate things…i think i saw it come up in the direction i wanted it to but i cant be sure…could i still have my powers after all these years???i’ve always had a strength for magic(at the age of six i turned my eye color from aquamarinie to green black and gold)i was just wondering if it was still possible for me to have this strength for magic…

I’ve been attempting to learn levitation myself. I heard another object to practice with would be something with wheels, like a hotwheels car. Guide it with your hand, touch it less each time till gradually you aren’t touching it at all. I, so far have not yet learned to use telekenesis, but this is what I use.

learning telekinesis is not witchcraft or some magic like that. All it is, is mind over matter. Ive been a telekinetic for over a month and a half ago and i train very hard every day to improve my skills. The first time i moved something, i almost craped my pants. Moving a piece of paper was a little hard but i managed to improve that skill. It took me 2 weeks though. All you do is use the energy from inside your body as well as the energy around in the air to move and levitate things. No biggie just takes time, training, and faith. I’m still working on levitating things, and so far a little success. But I’m still training.

Here is one tip for telekinesis. Before you try moving something, think about something that fires up your imagination. Keep your eyes open and don’t look at the object until your ready to try. When your ready, look at the object and give it a try. Telekinesis seems to occur in the transition between imagination and trying to move the object.

There is a great exercise that my teacher had me do to learn to control my energy and help focus it. You take a toothpick and a cup of water. Make sure the cup is only slightly bigger than the length of the toothpick. You fill up the cup with water and place the toothpick in the water so it floats on top. Then focus your energy at the end of your finger tip and push the toothpick in a circle one way. Stop it and spin it the other way.
This took me a while to do, but once I got it I was amazed at what I could do.
All my life i’ve had very strong (all most real) dreams in which i’m able to levitate myself and objects around me.
