Merry Meet Lara. It is nice of you to think that I am clever and very wise. I guess it takes a lot of years to become wise. I will attempt to answer your questions in the order that you have asked them. 1. It is important in Wicca that we do not force anyone to do our bidding. So you cannot force anyone to fall in love with you. However, you can certainly ask your friends to help you. When you are both attending the same party, for instance, ask a friend to introduce you and then strike up a conversation with him. If you are too shy, ask the friend to strike up a conversation while you stand by smiling or something like that. You may send him a note with some dried rose petals in it. Or you could send him a nice fresh bouquet of red roses.. There are many ways in which we can inform another person that we like them. 2. We are all born witches. So we cannot change that circumstance. To practice witchcraft, you don’t need anything but your mind. However, it depends on you whether you would like to practice both Christianity and witchcraft together. Many people do that under cover (secretly) so that they don’t have to argue with the church leaders, etc. Witchcraft will work even if you are following another religion because we all have the inherent ability to create. However, if you mention witchcraft in the Church, you may get have a very difficult time because some of the priests are unfortunately still living in the 16th century. 3. To make a spell book (also called Book of Shadows), you can make a book or buy a spiral notebook from the store. Decorate the covers with beautiful symbols and pictures of the Moon Goddess, etc. Now start writing every night about your experiences in Wicca along with spells you have learned, recipes you know and other tidbits of conversation that you would like to preserve for posterity.
