I am not sure exactly what to say to you so I am just going to come right out with it. I have a “gift”, so that is what my Grandmother called it years ago. I didn’t have any idea of what she was talking about because I was to young. Well, she has passed now and that is when all the weird things began to happen to me. I want help to understand what is going on with me. My mom says I was born with a veil and the “mark” on my left breast. She is afraid and doesn’t want me to try to find out anything about my so called heritage or “gift”. I want to know as much as I can. I have dreams more than 2 times a week that come true. It is not dejavu!! I know what is going to happen and if it is bad I do my best to alter things. I need someone to enlighten me on what is going on or where I go or look to find out what I need and want to know. Thanks, Terri

If you have not already done so, the first thing you need to do is keep a dream journal near your bed. When you wake up in the morning,  you should immediately try to remember your dreams and write them down in as much details as possible, even if the details don’t make sense.

The more you do this, the more you will begin to understand what the dreams mean. Sometimes, they will be obvious, but sometimes they will be looking at an ant hill and trying to see all the tunnels below.

Look bac through your dream journal on occassion and make notes next to the dreams when they relate to something that happened later. That way you can begin to understand how to use the gift.

And, ask your mother why she is afraid of the gift. it may be something simply like she doesn’t want people to think you’re crazy if you start telling them you can see the future in your dreams, or there may be a more specific reason for her to fear the gift.

It is not unusual for a family gift to come hand-in-hand with a family curse, like you can see the future in your dreams, but can never find true love. Your mother’s fear may be that she is more aware of what the gift means.

Find out too if your grandmother kept journals or diaries and try to get them if you can. If you’re mother won’t help you, see if maybe an aunt or uncle can tell you more about your grandmother’s gift and what she may ahve passed on to you.
