I need help on knowing how to go on with things and make myself stronger. I’m bi-polar and i give up on things easily. my friends family school and everything affects me. i really need help to take this from me

Sometimes life is tough. Just when we think we have it all together, everything falls apart and we have to bring it all back together again. This is how life is for most people. That is the challenge of life. Imagine if you had a boring family, boring friends and boring school projects. Life would be dull indeed. We are here to experience the unusual. Any conditions we have make us all the more special because we can see things in ways most others cannot see them. For everyone on earth, regardless of whether we are bi-polar or depressed or infertile or lost a limb, life is not easy. So don’t think of yourself as any less than anyone else. Remember the poem “Footsteps in the sand” (Google it). Whenever we have a traumatic time in our life, the Universe is helping us along! All because we had asked for this experience at at time when we were aware that our soul, our spirit, is perfect always. Nothing can destroy our sould. We go back from this experience, this life, as a perfect soul, gratified that we have experienced this emotion that is only available in human form. You are perfect! Nothing is changed except that you are wearing colored glasses to see your panorama of emotions in life. Like a child seeing a carnival for the first time, we see life as a colourful, sometimes difficult path to go through. However, at the end of it is the ice cream stand, where you can stand, look back at what all rides you went on and how some of them scared you and some thrilled you! Life is simple. We make it complicated. Take each day one at a time. We usually get worried when we think too ahead in time. If we jump the gun, there is no way to come back. So visualize what you want to do every morning and see yourself doing it. Imagine the emotions as you reach each goal for the day and bask in its glory for a moment. This creates magickal life.
