OK OK! I’m a BIG fan of magic! I’m trying to learn it and telekinetics. I don’t know how to use magic! Please tell me how!

I’m a little confused when you say you are a big fan of magic.  What does that mean?

A lot of people seem to think of magick as a game or something to play with. Magic is a serious part of the Wiccan faith and not something to be taken lightly or played with.

If you are interested in magic, the first thing you need to do is to learn about the religions, Wicca and Paganism. Once you have spent some time researching the religions, then you will be in an appropriate place to begin learning about the properties of magick and how to use it.

First, you need to understand that magic should NEVER be used to harm soemone else. Next, understand that the basic tenets of the faith prohibit using magic on someone else at all without their permission. And, finally, there is some debate between covens, but many people also argue that you should not use magick selfishly.

The last one is somewhat negotiable as the definitions of selfish use vary. But the most important thing is to think about your purpose in casting spells and what you hope to accomplish. For example, one of the things that might be considered selfish is casting a spell of protection. However, others find that casting protective spells on themselves and their homes is a very improtant use for magic. That is something you would have to work out between your own faith and your coven.
