I can understand your frustration at losing weight. More than half of the women in the world are at one time or another on a diet. However, dieting is not the answer to losing weight. Dieting is a negative way of looking at our body. Of course we have to consider if what we pick up with our hands and put into our months is good for us. Of course we have to see if we expend more energy than we take in. Of course we should not hide in our homes and wait until we are the “perfect size” because there is no perfect size. We have to start working on our mind and body as soon as we can.
You can do the following to find a long lasting way to keep fit:
1. Prepare good, nutritious meals for the family. Now that you have a child, it is important that you eat and feed the family only nutritious meals.
2. Go out to the mall or stroll along the neighbourhood pushing that baby stroller. Try not to sit down for long.
3. Act as though you are the perfect size. You wil l have more energy and zest if you don’t worry aobut your weight.
4. Go to a gym daily (or workout on a treadmill at home).
When you act like you already have lost weight and have more energy, your body will believe it and start to change accordingly. Every morning, when you take your shower, imagine the water cleansing you and removing the excess fat on your body. Like a chisel, the water will carve you into a most beautiful person. On a full moon day, make your petition ot the Moon to shrink you as it shrinks itself.
As you can see, you may easily lose weight by just believing that the whole Universe is your ally.
