Until you are both eighteen (or any age when you are considered an adult in your country/culture) you have to follow the wishes of your parents. However, as cadet, you are allowed to travel, I presume. So you may be able to meet if he can (its safer for the guy to travel at least in many parts of the world) take a day off and come to see you at a mall or a friend’s home (or any otherpublic place). Remember, anything is possible if two lovers put their mind together. Love can create miracles. Always stay safe and know that in a few years no one can make you stay apart. Here is a ritual you can do to make him come to you (if he wants to, that is..) First make “Come to Me Lover” oil Blend a cup of sweet almond oil with some jasmine absolute, rose attar, essential oil of petitgrain, gardenia absolute and tuberose absolute. If you have trouble finding or buying these ingredients, get the oil from a store (online or in town). If that is not possible, just use a perfume that has any of the above ingredients in it.
