I had an amazing gift in being able to see the future, the past, and the present. For some reason I’ve “lost” it. It comes back from time to time but too vague to understand most of the time. So my question is why did I “lose” it? and How can I get it back? Thank you very much.

Merry Meet! I am happy to hear that you are very psychically gifted. For most people, it takes years of practice to get to a stage where they can see the future, the past and the present. Do not worry, however, your gift will always be with you. You have to practice everyday to “re-member” your powers, that’s all. How can you practice? By using incense and herbs that are conducive to spiritual work. Use Frankincense and Myrrh or Sandalwood. Burn them safely while you sit in rapt attention and meditation. One of the ways in which we stop “seeing” is because our life has become cluttered, noisy or problematic. So you can try getting all your life’s worries out of the way, into the background. Then check if you have a private space where you can sit quietly without any distractions. If you do not have access to such a site, you may go and visit the seashore and sit on the pure sand and meditate. When you are inside a building, it is very difficult to concentrate because the energies in the building and in all the items surrounding you could potentially work against your thoughts. On the Seashore, or on the top of a mountain, or any place in nature is conducive to deeper concentration. As we move upwards into deeper layers of consciousness, we can see things more clearly.
