How do I get my family to accept my devotion to Wicca?

I have been on my own with Wicca since i was 15. I am now 21 and looking to find a group to teach me more. I have been struggling to get my family to understand and except that this makes me happy. I am ready to convert to Wicca anddevote myself to it but how do I get my family to except me and how do I go about doing it.

Merry Meet Seeker,
It is wonderful to hear that you have been a practicing Wiccan for 6 years! Good for you.
Yes, it is sometimes very difficult and bewildering to others to change religions. Our world now had become a market for religions and most of the powerful religions will not entertain any thoughts of stepping down. Older and natural religions such as Wicca do not care about numbers and how to get powerful using religion as a crutch.
However, your faith in oldest religion on Earth will be rewarded when you see how easily you can meet your goals in life. Now that you are utmost faith in this religion and you are an adult, you should be able to talk to your parents without any fear or doubt. if you have enough information on Wicca, you can easily make them understand why you are attracted to this beautiful, powerful and yet, simple religion.
One of the powerful religions in the world, Hinduism is very similar to Wicca. It is oldest and the world’s third largest religion. It has given the world many advantageous blessings such as certain forms of Meditation, Yoga and Ayurveda.
Your parents will be proud to know that they brought you up as a strong individual who can decide on what she needs. Talk to them when they are receptive (like on your birthday) and tell them that you will always love them.
Brightest Blessings
Rose.
