Spiritual strength is the most important. This can be increased only by contemplating on the subject, studying the various scriptures of all traditions in the world (yes, all of them teach us something) . Most of them tell us to love one another as we are all the same. Women and men are equally strong when it comes to Spiritual strength. The next type of strength is emotional strength. Overall, Women do better at emoting, accepting emotion and experiencing emotion throughout their lives. They are more in touch with their emotional side and can sense from the far end of the room whether you are happy or sad. Again, they were probably not born that way, but most experienced it and learned about emotions during the course of their life watching their mothers, taking care of people, and raising their own children or grand children. The least important type which is easily attained is physical strength. This can be learned in a gym with the right equipment. As you can see, some people are good at one, but not so good at another. So our goal should be to learn more about it, practice it and get better at it slowly, over time. Rushing it will not help and it may lead to injuries.
