You can get a lot of information from the internet. There are free spells on many websites. Just Google “free witchcraft spell” and you will get hundreds of free spells. It is good to know that magick can help you with your life.

You can learn magick by reading a lot of books. Look in used book stores and libraries for books on Witchcraft, Wicca or Magick. As you learn more about these natural religions, you will realize that a life without magick is certainly not very interesting.

One of the most important rules in Magick is this: Whatever you put forth, you will get it back three fold. When we put out positive intentions, such as spells used to help others or ourselves become better, loving human beings, we will see it being returned back to our lives in much more abundance. The same holds for negative intentions, such as shown in scary movies and some books that glorify evil. As good witches, we never use our powers for negative efforts because we know it will come back to hurt us.

If someone is hurting you, then use a spell to heal that person. When we put forth our intention of healing a person, rather than hurting them, then both of us will get healed of hatred and evil tendencies if any.  This is the only way to bring peace to the world. Wars and other vengeful acts destroy a lot of human beings and bring forth misery that paves the way for natural disasters such as Hurricanes, earthquakes and Tsunamis when the earth’s natural energy is disturbed.

To be a witch and perform rituals, we need nothing but our minds. For some of us, our minds are not easily corralled and deep concentration may not be easily achieved. This may be helped by using aids such as an altar, candles, incense, athame, broom, cauldron, wand, etc.

It’s more important in rituals to note the time of the day, the phase of the moon or sun, directions (north, south, east or west) as well as the colors and materials we use. Most objects have energies that may be used in rituals and spells. Colors and types of gemstones, candles and other objects hold significance when used in spells.

Also remember that a witch never acts alone. We attract the energy of the universe and push our intentions and desires into this flow of energy so that our goals are transformed into reality with the blessings of our Creator.
