I am happy to hear from you all the way from Philippines! It is always wonderful to hear from youngsters who are interested in Wicca and its beautiful ways of life. However, your question makes me think that you are not looking for a spell that will create joy, but a spell to make someone else forget what they know.
In the religion of Wicca, there is only one rule. The rule is that we must never attempt to hurt another being, human, animal or other living things. By finding ways to make someone forget something, your spell will be infringing on her rights as a human being. Since she has the right to speak, think and remember as every human being can, you will be controlling her thoughts if you try to work on a spell like this.
The Wiccan Rede (rule) says that anyone attempting to hurt another will get the returns three fold. This means that if you work on a spell that will make your friend forget 10 thoughts, you will soon be forgettting 30 or more thoughts. If you keep forgetting that many things, you will be unable to carry one in society as a normal person would. So Shaiba, talk to your friend and tell her how difficult it will be for you if she spills the beans and offer her your unwavering friendship for keeping the secret for you.
Always look to positive ways of spell working. Do not take anything for granted and always remember that we are all connected in many ways.
