Sorry, Holly- While I’m no one to definitively say where angels choose to hang out, you can be sure that anything Hollywood put out is pure fiction. Keanu Reeves was great, though. And remember, if angels wanted to be located, they’d let you know. I believe the point of them gathering at the ocean was to kind of meditate before they begin their day, and release the energy they gathered from helping people when they went at night. If that’s the true case, it’s not polite to bother them.
