There is a very simple answer to this question, but the explanation may be a bit
longer. The simple answer is �You do.� You make your spells come true
with your belief in them and your trust in the magickal process. Spells cannot
be created without belief. That�s why disbelievers cannot make magickal
things happen randomly. A person who does not believe cannot simply pick up a
Book of Shadows, read out loud from it and make something happen. Belief is one
of the five essentials to spellwork, and without it, you are just wasting your
time.

You are a co-creator of your life. You choose how your life develops by your
actions, thoughts, emotions and beliefs. Wicca teaches us that the Goddess and
God are our deities but they are within us as well. We represent them here on
this earthly plane and, because of this, we are co-creators with them of our
lives.

When we perform magick, we are drawing to us the energy that is within the
God and Goddess to create what we need in this portion of our lives. We are
not �taking� anything from anyone, because there is abundance in
the universe. The universe is full of prosperity, love, wealth and everything
that we need. By using items such as candles, herbs, colors, meditations etc
we are drawing that abundance to us and making room for it in our lives. We
are allowing ourselves to believe in the abundance that is already there. And
once we believe, it is allowed to come into our lives and give us what we need.

When you perform a spell, you are using your body, mind, spirit and heart to
create magickal energy to send into the universe. Your request is powered by
the energy that you create and then release. This comes from you, and no one
else. So in essence, you makes spells come true.
