I am 13. Am I still allowed to get the Magick Mini Course, or is it only for adults?

Witchcraft is for everyone. The earlier people learn about it, the better. However, there are some rituals in witchcraft that may include lighting candles or incense, using essential oils with caution, etc. At thirteen, most children should know the risks of handling matches, drinking caustic fluids, etc. So it is okay to learn about Witchcraft and take the Magick Mini course so long as one is aware of not handling items such as lighted candles, fire, etc.
For now, you can learn more about the beautiful world that the Universe offers us without getting too much into the details of spells and rituals. Your first step is to learn meditation. Meditation enable you to still your mind. Only when the mind is stopped can we bo beyond it to see the spirit which is Universal. If we can see everyone around us as extensions of ourselves (meaning similar to us in all ways) we have achieved the goal of meditation.
If our minds are not controlled, one day we may feel on top of the world (for example, when someone praises us for something) and at other times we feel like the dirt on which everyone walks on. These lows and highs of the mind are not real and they are just results of our imaginative powers. Our mind is like a chariot that is pulled by five horses. Think of each one of these horses as a sense – one is our hearing, other is our smell and others being our sight, touch and taste. If all of them pull us in different directions, we forget our goal. Our mind is controlled by the five senses.
To become proficient in Witchcraft, one needs to exert control over the mind and reach for the calm spirit to convey our real and important desires to the Universe. So it is best for you to read all about controlling the mind and slowly get ot the point (when you are an adult) of getting serious about witchcraft. At that age, you can easily use every tool, every item or ritual that you wish to work on without fear of anyone prohibiting you from it.
